What is included in the membership?
The gym 05–24 every day, group classes, solarium, the café lounge with free coffee, tea and towels. Two personal coaching sessions a year – exclusively for you with a 12-month membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
For a cancellation to be valid, it must be made in person and signed with BankID at the gym.
Monthly payment agreements continue after the mandatory commitment period. The agreement then becomes a rolling agreement, which continues without commitment with three months’ notice.
Example: if you have a 12-month subscription, it must be cancelled by month 9 at the latest, and it then continues for another three months.
The agreement must be cancelled by the 25th of each month. After the 25th, the notice period moves forward one month.
Are group classes included?
Yes, all classes are included. You book in the app up to seven days ahead.
When are staff on site?
Monday–Thursday 10–19, Friday 10–15, Saturday 10–14 and Sunday 13–18. The gym is open 05–24 every day.
